[Community-desktop] having difficulty connecting

hi,

I am trying to create a first time connection with a new Enfold desktop  
installation.  I am using the latest version of the desktop and server.

I have installed the server and I think it is installed properly (I get  
the "'view in enfold" icon.  However, I don't know if I have to do  
something with the key even if I am using the free version.  I read that  
section on the documenation, but I can't be sure.

I put in the passwords (which i tested outside of enfold to verify).  I  
ccreated a folder in the root of the plone instance and put that in the  
path for the login )(http://www.theurl.com/pdf.  I use "basic http  
authorization" and the "use integrated windows security" and "current  
user" options..  (i copied the format used in the demo connection.)

errors:

1) within plone, when i click on the "view in enfold desktop" icon, it  
gives the message "remote system refused network connection".

2) when i try to connect to server via the desktop, i get "failed to  
create view of server"  unknown server error..

any ideas?
