[Community-desktop] Problem Installing ShellExServer

Hey Sidnei,

If users want to continue to use the client side app for External Editor, 
which version should they use?  I have yet to find a 0.9.3 client 
component on Plope or Zope websites.

Enfold Desktop 3.0 contains ExternalEditor 0.9.3, which solves those 
issues.
