TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for +: 'NoneType' and 'str'

The add-on product called 'AttachmentField' is broken.  Uninstall it and retry.
This is a 3rd party product that is breaking the DAV handling of ExFile.  Am I correct
in understanding that ExFile has worked for you with Desktop?
