Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

This  seems to indicate that the installer script  cannot locate the
custom folder in your plone site path.  The installer assumes its
existence.

Please try the latest version of Enfold Server components 3.x  on
enfoldsystems.com. This was fixed in a recent release of version 3.x

Or you can ensure the custom folder in portal_skins (in the zmi) can be
located by the installation script.
