[Community-desktop] How easy to add in a custom archive state into ED?

Hi

We need to be able to use Enfold Desktop to change the state of a document
to archived which will then move it out to a different area of the site. How
easy would it be to add a custom workflow state into ED? Is it configurable
at all?
