[Community-desktop] desktop error on windows 2003 server

Hi, all.  I'm trying to setup Enfold Desktop for use with a stock
Plone 2.5installation on Windows 2003 Server.   It's
working fine on an XP workstation, but following the same instructions on
the server, I get the license error below.  I've added the license key
registry entry using a Domain Admin account, verified that the account has
access to the key and to the files, but am still getting this error.  What
else can I check?  Thanks.
