Chris:
Just switch to Enfold Desktop 4, which solves the license manager
issues. The "Personal Edition" of Version 4 will be free of charge (with
support via this list), without limits on the number of users or server
connections. And the client component will work with any Plone site; the
server component is now optional.
We've got a beta out now, with a second beta coming out any day. Here's
some info:

If you want to go ahead and start playing with the first beta, here's
where you can get it:

I'll post to this list when we release Beta 2. Let us know how it goes.

Chris Williamson

Subject: [Community-desktop] Problem Migrating Site with Desktop
I'm trying to migrate a site to from Plone 2.5 to Plone 3. The site is
in production, so a copy of the site has to be made for migration. The
site has Enfold Desktop. The license manager seems to be thwarting my
attempts to migrate. In order to not send a massive email, I have put
all the steps I have been through here:
http://secoora.org/Members/cbc/migration-problem
Should I file a ticket in the collector?
