Thanks for your persistence and patience, Chris C. Looks as if our Chris
J. just answered you on the collector, so hope that takes care of it.
Also, I pointed out your issue to our new tech writer. He will be
working on a process to make sure these kinds of things make it into
product documentation.

After we release Desktop 4, I hope you'll consider getting a support
subscription for Enfold Desktop if you're using it in production. That
way you'll be assured of a fast response and some kind of resolution. We
know we needed to make post-installation support affordable, so this is
why we're starting the subscriptions. I imagine this list will work well
enough to support individuals using only the Desktop client.

I'm getting pretty beat up over this. If there is some basic advice on 
either how/whether I can copy a site with ED3, or if and how it may or 
not be advisable to remove ED3 from a running live production site, it 
would help to keep site acceptance from hemorrhaging further.
