[Community-desktop] suggestions & feedback for Enfold Desktop docs?

I'm a technical writer for Enfold Desktop, and I'll be totally redoing
the documentation for the next version of Enfold Desktop. When it's
done, it will   be available both as local documentation and  on the
Enfold website. 

I'd like to hear some feedback from users before I start. Specifically: 

- what things did you find  tricky  about using Enfold Desktop when you
started? 
- do you have any tricks or tips or workarounds to offer?  
- can you think of any information you think might help users (or
something which you were curious about yourself)?

By the way, I just completed a complete revision of documentation for
two other Enfold products --  Enfold Server and Enfold Proxy. It
includes a lot more FAQ and troubleshooting docs as well as a
description of best practices.

Although these documents pertain to the 4.0 release (and are included
when  you install 4.0 versions), in fact, many of these docs are still
relevant to people running older versions of the software.
